The Las Vegas area has 1 international, Class B airport (McCarran) and 2 Class D airports (North Las Vegas and Henderson Executive).  There are also a variety of uncontrolled satellite airports in the area.

 One of the advantages of training with Monarch Sky is that you get to practice in high volume airspace.  While our training area is only 5 minutes south of Henderson or 5 minutes north of North Las Vegas, it is valuable to have Class B airspace on your door step.  Graduates from our program are prepared to operate in any type of airspace in the world.
