Citizenship Information

  • U.S. CITIZEN:  If you are not a U.S. citizen, you must complete TSA screening prior to the commencement of your training.  If you need a visa to enter the United States and conduct your flight training, click here.
  • U.S. PILOT'S LICENSE:  To rent and solo Monarch Sky aircraft, you must have an FAA issued Pilot Certificate.  If you have an ICAO recognized license, you may convert your foreign license to an FAA licesne.

  


Pilot Information

  • TOTAL TIME:  All logged time in an aircraft, including student and PIC time.
  • PILOT IN COMMAND TIME:  All time in an aircraft, in which you logged pilot in command time.
  • G-1000 TIME:  Approximate time using the Garmin G-1000 integrated avionics system.
  • TAIL DRAGGER:  Total time as student or PIC of a tail dragger.
  • MULTI-ENGINE TIME:  Total time logged in a multi-engine aircraft as student or pilot in command.
  • SIMULATED INSTRUMENT:  Total simulated instrument time in a simulator or aircraft.
  • ACTUAL INSTRUMENT:  Total time logged in instrument meteorological conditions (IMC).  

Membership Qualifications

  • AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT:  If you have ever been involved in an aircraft accident, please explain here.  Being involved in an aircraft accident does not disqualify you for membership.
  • FAA ENFORCEMENT:  If the FAA has ever taken disciplinary action against you for any reason, such as certificate suspension or revocation, please explain here.
  • DATE OF TO BEGIN:  Please indicate when you would like to start your training and/or membership.
